EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

What’s the manual Protech?

Protech ATAC. Been in my collection for years now. :)

Since questions were asked, can you give me some details on the Reeves?

The CRK is an Elemental Ti-Lock. :) Ti-locks are my favorite model from CRK…it so sad they discontinued them. Took me a year to find them all.

If anyone knows where to find a spare filler tab for this one, I'd like to get one.

I’m so excited today! Get to spend the day with family. :) The weather was so terrible this weekend that the Christmas plans were cancelled, but the sun came out, roads are decent, and family is on their way!

My one brother-in-law is really into knives and we do a show and tell. I decided to carry sorta fancy today. 😁

Very nice carry my friend! Wow, I thought the only manual folder Protech had made was their Integrity. Is what you have there assisted, or possibly a scale release, or manual? Very cool knife. All of them are cool, man that Ti-Lock is incredible though! I don't think I've seen one decorated like that before.

Edit: Well shoot, I guess my question was asked by a few people ahead of me haha. Very cool, the ATAC. I'll have to research that one. Amazing Ti-Lock collection there!

Every day carriers - Light Duty Edition

I might carry one of these when I am wandering around in an urban or suburban environment. I like to carry a fixed blade, but rarely do I have an excuse to do so! Civilization can be boring.

Benchmade Valet, M390. One low key but elegant little cutter.

Benchmade McHenry and Williams, ATS-34. An old one, they shipped with blocky, 90 degree scales. Half-an-hour on the wheel later, it is radiused and pocket friendly. The straight section of the blade is a scalpel at 17 highly polished degrees, the serrated section is there in case I have to cut myself out of a flaming vehicle.

Benchmade Mini-Griptilian, 20CV. For every day carry on a tropical island, the perfect pocket knife for everyman.

Kizer V3 Vigor, VG-10. Light, very well designed, a beautiful little pocket knife that was dirt cheap when I bought it some years ago. I always suspected these knives were an indicator of China's government subsidized dumping practices. Too good to be true, without a story.

Kizer Envoy, S35VN. See above re: the dumping. High end steel and Ti scales at a crazy price when I bought it. I love it when someone asks if they can borrow it, because I know they will be deeply impressed!
