No my Friend it happens and you were just trying to show the issue it has. I’ve sliced myself up many times just playing around with my knives Trying to

I have had this same problem with the last 2 giantmouse knives that I have purchased- an ace grand and a jutland...the lock bar barely touches the blade...like 5% lockup. Not acceptable imo.

Some copper-ish EDC. WH has Copper Wave Damascus. Allegedly, Chinese believed copper to have healing properties. Oh, someone asked if I use my knives. Some, like the WH, I use to cut stuff. The Chuck Gedraitis one with the copper bolsters: not so much. Yet.
