It's a Real Steel "G-Frame." A flipper, it's a titanium frame lock with a S35VN blade. Designer is Ostap Hel. Cost about $110 or so, which to me is an absolute bargain, given its looks, materials and action.

Proves blades don’t have to break-the-bank to cover those bases with good steel

Day 4 with the Surge. I’ve been forcing myself to use it multiple times a day, rather than running back to my truck or shop. I’m enjoying it much more than I thought I would. Definitely feels sturdier and more useful than the multiple Waves I broke over the years when I used to carry a Leatherman all the time.
