Myakka River?

Other coast actually. Indian River Lagoon, near Ponce Inlet. This spot is a little further into the Bay, still brackish but not quite as salty as other areas nearby, hence the gators.

My kind of place

You and me both. This spot has some gators, but I've done alot of paddling in the St. Johns River area as well, and that's where I've really encountered them. They're everywhere in there, and some BIG ones. When I go there I forgo the kayak for the canoe

In this spot honestly what I'd be concerned with is the Bull Sharks. You wouldn't expect them much this far up into the shallows of the bay, but I've seen them surprise people fishing by jumping up and snatching their catch just as they're pulling it into the boat.

I can’t remember the last time I greased this thing. Tore it down and cleaned it up during lunch. Reassembled dry and it feels even smoother without grease. This is probably my most loved and used folder.
