EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Carried an ESEE4 and Benchmade Griptilian today, cut open some packaging with my Rat1, but the most important work today was done with the Shun Classic Nakiri and Shun Sora knives, to make Cantonese Ground Beef and Eggs (with a lot more vegetables than required by the recipe because they were handy).
