Speaking of .357, I bought Bunny Knife #357 off a friend who needed some cash a while back, and sold it yesterday to someone who missed out on them (at a loss after extra packing and insurance). I always thought that was a really cool number, but not as much as #69 or the one ending with my birth year. But I replaced it with one that is the answer to the meaning of life.

What kind of monster covers floors like these with carpet? In need of some TLC, but I'll take worn hardwood with some character over carpet any day. At least it served for a dropcloth while we painted ;). BTW, as much as I appreciate the good ole US made Stanley utility knife, I gotta say that the Knipex really excelled at the task. Having that extra supported blade length was a big help cutting the carpet and pad at once into manageable rolls (slid a big piece of cardboard from a shop-vac box underneath to protect the wood). Anyhow, carpet's gone now.

Totally agree…carpet does serve a purpose sometimes but it’s an evil man’s invention 😁🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you, I’m very glad too. I was a little worried it might’ve been her kidneys again but thankfully was just an upset stomach from the looks of it. I think she’ll be good to go on a long walk today 😃

I heard that Samsung looks at your photo and finds a stock photo of the area of the moon that you snapped and replaces it with the higher resolution photo. True or False?

But the state is trying to pass new laws regardless of your permits , training etc. I won’t get into political details but it caused a rush of new gun owners to purchase now before the bill is completely passed and I think they’re still fighting it. So the big picture is there is around 11000 people a head of me😳But it looks like I will only have a 3 day wait 👍🏻 Not sure why but hey I’ll take it Versus weeks or months and more training that I don’t need 👊🏻
Edit: Again not to get into the details but I think the new law requiring gun safety training classes and other stipulations is excellent although it shouldn’t be for everyone especially when you’ve already had many many hours of training and permits with years of experience with job related and civilian responsibilities a long with previous years of gun ownership .

I understand a lot of new buyers. Also agree on training experience and other experiences giving a person, "head of the line" privileges. You will enjoy it. If not, I know where there is a good home for it. Will pair nice with my models 20 and 30😗
 
I grabbed my TSEK this morning as it's a close cousin to tomorrow's mail call arrival, but for some unknown reason put it back after a couple flicks and pocketed the nearby Big Boy CruWear Adamas instead. I think I'll finally drop that tree in our side yard tomorrow that I prepped a while ago, so I cleaned and touched up the chain on the newer 60 cc Jonsered today as it's got more oomph and is lighter than the old 49SP. I also got the right file roller guide/raker gauge for the older saw's .325 pitch chain yesterday so I gave each tooth on that a couple light swipes and checked the rakers that I'd previously free-handed (they were OK).
