Nice rare steak...what is the sauce? Classy knife. Do you have one for everyone at the table, that would be something!

Shame on me, I don’t recall what the sauce was lol. It was a beef tenderloin at an upscale restaurant and when I first started using their steak knife, I couldn’t bare tearing up the meat so I pulled out mine . My wife reminded me it was uncouth, but I didn’t feel like eating a shredded steak at the price point they were charging lol. I’ll need to start working on getting my wife to use one of my knives at dinner lol.
