EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

An excellent knife I love it. Is the name of the knife scandi? Because it doesn't look like scandi grind It looks like it has a micro edge.
Thanks mate. neck knife with scandi grind by Kevin Slattery
Yeah I should have said it was full scandi I put the micro edge on easier to hone up.

Ding ding!! :) It’s a cedar strip canoe made in Trout Creek, ON. I bought this one a number of years ago second hand but in pretty much brand new condition. I love second hand…haha. $8000 bucks off the new price. It’s well made and cuts beautifully through the water. :)

Thanks for playing. :) I had to give a decent hint so not to derail this wonderful thread for too
I used to carry my canoe that way, but now the top of my head shaped like the bottom of my canoe

Guardian Tactical is one of the most underrated brand ever. Yes, hardware is annoyingly proprietary but I don't feel like gutting it up as it has one of the best action possible for a flipper, firm and crispy and dropshutty. Sharper than the devil's tongue as it should with CPM-154, flawless fit and finish, for less than $275. I hope they will make folders again!

Isn’t it nice to have these problems
You are so right and I know I am so fortunate and thankful to have it!

I collected for many years but just Buck 303 and Camillus made Buck 300 series knives and just carried a 303 or 301 for 40 years or so. I sold and gave away that collection as it became an obsession as hunting and buying became the goal. When I got into moderns I spent years and lots of money looking for “ the one”. Only had 1 or two knives at a time. Since Ive decide the one knife doesn’t exist but the one company ( for me) does .I created a small rotation and honestly its almost stress full figuring out which of these awesome knives I should put into my pocket for the day! :p
