Tonight's backyard dessert, freshly picked. The cherries are about done but the blueberries are at their peak. Looking forward to the peaches next, a few figs, and the apples are looking promising as well.

Not exactly tactical but they sure are pretty.
Went with a well-worn big-bellied Viper Lille today.
How’s that old adage go? If we spend a lot of time around a knife we eventually begin to take on some of its physical characteristics?
Well…..based on what I see in the mirror these days, there’s apparently some truth in that.
Maybe I should start carrying a svelte recurve blade with an elegant, polished and highly refined aesthetic. Heck, it’ll be a whole lot easier than hitting the gym a few days a week…..and as an added bonus it’ll give me a legit reason to buy a new knife.
Two birds with one stone. I can’t see any reason for my wife not to be all-in on this. I mean, the logic is indisputable.
Oh yeah….I definitely see a NKD in my not-too-distant future!!

I see so many knives here that I like, but no ID, so I need to post “nice knife, what is it?” It would be nice to ad a little note of what’s in the picture.

Older and wiser definitely seem to be true.much to my 22 year old self's chagrin!!!!! I'd luv to go back 31 years but honestly I'd still do it all the same
