EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Woke up this morning and watched a Youtube video from BladeHQ on Spyderco knives. So this was my inspiration in picking my Alcyone to fill my pocket today.

Replaced the perforation blades on our pharmaceutical blister machine at work and had a stack of rectangular perforation blades destined for the trash so I decided to make a quick neck knife. The blades had been in continuous daily production for 10 years!
Just a quicky, 5" long knife-like object from some unknown steel which happened to be a royal B to grind! Had to keep it cool the whole way with constant dunks. Hard hard hard stuff I expect it to hold an edge forever.

The history of the park is not as ancient as the city itself. It begins in 1788, when Baron Ludwig Nicolai, President of the Imperial Academy of Sciences, acquires this land.

The entrance to the park is stylized as the entrance to a Gothic temple.

Nicolai is building a residential building designed by the Italian designer Giuseppe Antonio Martinelli, and the Library Wing is being built in the ensemble with the house.

On the way home, we stocked up on traditional Vyborg edible sovereigns - pretzels! :)

I have a simple wooden carving of a man plowing a field with a horse, log cabins in the right rear, that my Father got on 3 Dec 1935 in Viborg. John

Great pics, Peter! I'm a New Yorker, but I have to say the California coast I've seen is truly beautiful.
Thank you, Gary! I sadly have not visited the East Coast yet but I’ve heard great things about it and New York as well. Looking forward to future travels one day soon.

From what I’ve seen and heard, Northern California is even more beautiful in places like Big Sur and Yosemite. Hopefully next year I can find out!

Just another Magnacut Monday! Will say I have been particularly impressed by the protech stuff. Has held up exceptionally well vs dirt/rocks/grease all mixed together with highly corrosive water and chemicals. Haven't seen a single rust spot, chip or rolled edge. And they're both still shaving sharp. The CRK has been even better!
