The UH is criminally underrated! I've got an orange variant and it's the knife I grab most often when I leave the house these days.

They (well all of them I've handled) are exceptionally well made, and this one fits my hand very well. It's one of the VERY few Chinese-made knives I own, and I enjoy it. The Vero's also seem to be good folks, who are quite active on their socials, so you're always able to get ahold of them for any questions or concerns you might have.
