EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Trying out the Thanks before I have to go back to slumming🤫

Yeah..... I don't belong there.... Hahha! Interesting comparisons though for sure. I Love seeing That, Thank You :D

I don't own a DEK yet, but the 3 is the one that looks the most useful to me. I imagine that handle to be pretty comfortable too.
I hope Lorien Lorien designs a full flat grind version. I heard likes the idea? 🤔
Does the Dek 3 feel a lot smaller? I think my blade is thinner?

On mine, I purposely extended it for Large hands, it's not really an edc for people with average size. Big hands, Yes.
People have told me they would like my blade longer, and I can see that, but it takes it into a completely different area then.... I will try it on a few different blade types, just to see? Maybe a Bowie or a Chopper? Currently I'm making a Slasher with it on it. :O

THANKS.

Morning. Back in Mountain time for a while. Left the Bay Area Sun 4pm, arrived (east of Yellowstone) Mon 9am. Carried my DEK2 during the 16h drive and found a new AD20 in 3V waiting for me. Interestingly, it has no thumb studs - perfect.

Life is good :)

Enjoy the serenity of no car horns blowing' no ambo's, fire trucks or radio cars Whelan wailin' & no people!!!👍👍👍

An old favorite today, a Mini Grip with a Spydie-esque flavor to it.

I like a good Spydie Hole, but I don’t like that many Spydercos are so lumpy and wide and I prefer the Axis Lock to anything Spyderco makes. (Their ball bearing lock on the Manix2 is close, but not as smooth)

The modified sheepsfoot blade has just enough belly and a usable tip and it’s sharp all the way down.

The 154CM steel is an old favorite too: it holds an edge pretty well, but also sharpens up pretty easily.

I would cry if I lost this knife. It is probably my favorite one to carry overall. I might treat it to some fancier scales, if available.

Thank you for your nature pictures, humming birds were my favorite 🤩 but your relationship with others is impressive.😉
Unfortunately, that last one pictured was a skymouse. (English Sparrow) They're invasive and drive our native songbirds away.

I shoot every one I can with my air rifle. Them and the squirrels. Keep them in check and you'll notice The Good Ones showing up more. Woodpeckers, blue jays, cardinals
