The differences are the nail nick and the clip attachment. The first Gen had a very crisp edge that made it much easier to open one handed. The clip was also different in that it just used a pass thru screw to attach it from the presentation side, it was a much less refined finish. Honestly I miss those simpler times! Deciding what to carry each day is wearing me out!
