Yeah, the peas were a bit dry, but I sorted it out with the gravy and all was well. It was clean plates all around when I was done, which gave me just enough energy to spend three hours in The Maze. A good day all around, hope everybody else's Saturday was productive!
 
My 2006 Kawasaki KLR 650 died on me for the first time ever the other day. The tachometer and lights were acting funny so I shut it off at the red light to restart it in case the funky light situation went away, however it wouldn't start after that. I pulled of the seat and side panels today though and found out that it was just the main fuse, whew! Popped in a new one and I'm back on the road. I've been riding this bike to work everyday for the past couple months, it's a nice way to start and end the day. These KLRs are just insanely dependable if you take care of them, shoot even if you don't. A while back one of the big motorcycle magazines tested a bunch of bikes and was deciding what would be the best bike to have in the event of an apocalypse. They ended up choosing the gen 1/gen 2 KLR 650! Even an EMP wouldn't take this baby out. When the fuse blew on me the other day all the electrical was down, however I was still able to push it down a light hill, pop the clutch in 3rd gear, and Vroooom! 👍

Sadly, they are no longer making these.
This is one of my favorite folders. It’s a large and heavy knife at 11 oz but it is one of the most comfortable in the pocket and carries so well.
Smooth action with the pivot bushing and PB washers and solid lock up.
