I had s very similar (or same) one, forget if the magnifier was included in that one.
It was my 18 years old gift, as well as the award to the exam of my high-school to university, my father gave.
I can clearly remember that day, my dad and I went to the market, happiness, excited, my dad was strong, healthy, young, we rode bicycle on the path the sun shined on, we even didn't ride in straight line but in curve, I took the knife with me to my university which is about 2000 kms away from my home, it is the first time I went away from home. On the train, my dad was strong enough to lifted the super heave luggage onto the rack.
The knife got heavy used during those years, and then got lost, my dad is getting elder, recovered from cerebral infarction but won't be as strong as before, hair is getting silver.
jump out...
Excuse me I post this reply not related to knife and sorry if this post made you feel strange, I just suddenly drench and so much miss my dad and this knife, as well as the times passed by.
Thank you for this picture
