This is a LionSteel War Horse, with clip and lamb's foot blades of M390. The bolsters and liners are titanium, the handle scales are stag. With the clip sharpened at 25 degrees per side and the lamb's foot sharpened at 17, this little monkey will slice a calzone or remove an appendix with equal aplomb. A wicked cutter, it feels good in the hand, and it is as handsome as Mickey Rourke before the boxing and plastic surgery.
