Doesn't look too bad, Terry .... use some metal polish that your wife might have in the kitchen ? Then oil.

This one I normally use on my bike. I just used it to clean rust from a Demko 20.5 in 3V. Doesn't impact the stone wash too much ....

I’ll have to try this. I have Chemical Guys protectant for my dash and tires and it works great. I’d like to try their metal polish.
