Farm eggs and homemade sausage for breakfast.
Using an old Case that belonged to my wife’s grandfather, I gave it a face lift and it turned out to be a very usable blade.

I started out carrying this totally awesome little knife that cuts way above it's weight.

But then I was just drawn to pick up this little beauty. I mean come on it's a knife that I really wanted from the first time I saw it. Many will complain that it is too small, well I think it is quite charming in stature.
I just love this knife!

You won’t catch me complaining about its size. It falls right in my sweet-spot and I’ve been wanting one since I first laid eyes on ‘em as well. Enjoy!

I mentioned over at the Bears' Den yesterday that I might be going on a little Shirogorov jag this week as I haven't carried any of my accumulation of those for a while. Today I went with the Good Doctor. It's definitely the priciest of my pile o' knives, but it still gets carried and used in a usual EDC capacity as it's way too good a knife to languish in a drawer. I like that it packs an almost 100mm blade in such a light (3.125 oz), compact package, and is kind of a somewhat larger, Russian version of my BMK 94(3)-1 Franken. Shoulda thought of that and gotten some side-by-sides earlier....
