YEP! Don’t you just love to lift a tile and find 10 lbs of crap in a 5 lb bag! Get this, The JHA here only inspects LV if an Electrical Contractor puts it in as part of a city approved plan. The idiots pulling data comm / av out of their moms station wagon off permit have no over site even if on the same job as sparky!

same here mostly, if there’s not a building or electrical inspection happening most of the time the LV guys will fly right by. They do have to be included under our permit and I don’t mind doing it when I know they’ll be inspected and have to do it right. I will say the data guys who did the two gas stations we did this year were some of the best I’ve seen and had to work with. We still did all the slab and underground for them, mounted boxes and stub ups, which is normal but they did a really nice job
