Weird Wednesday, it doesn't get much crazier than the "Wasp" Gas Injection System dive knife...these were absolutely mind-blowing when they came out in the 2000's

I'm liking that new Firetac, Coleman. Despite the misgivings you expressed in your message, that RHK OD Micarta looks good and I find the standard Firetac handle milling looks much better in that material than in G10. The Working Finish is a nice complement too.

You got me to pull mine out after writing about yours and it's in pocket today as I'm up and about more, easing into getting my mojo back--even got some laps in this afternoon, if not a bit slower and a few less. After starting the week with my CruCarta PM2 and then transitioning into this one, maybe I'll just make this week a Micarta Marathon. I think I've got enough to cover it.
