You got me to pull mine out after writing about yours and it's in pocket today as I'm up and about more, easing into getting my mojo back--even got some laps in this afternoon, if not a bit slower and a few less. After starting the week with my CruCarta PM2 and then transitioning into this one, maybe I'll just make this week a Micarta Marathon. I think I've got enough to cover it.

Thank you. As the scale has darkened with use, the Firetac has been growing on me. I really like the working finish on the blade, so this morning I rectified the “polished” screws on the front to a blasted darker look that I think matches the face of the Firetac better.
I can’t see this knife going anywhere soon. Or possibly ever. Haha.

Thanks, Terry! It’s kinda a hodge-podge of parts from the WE Vision R and the Civivi Vision FG. It took some effort to make this work, with the most difficult being the time it took to mod the FG lockbar to work in the R frame.
