Thorogoods, that model is actually discontinued. I got a couple pair at closeout pricing. Plan on sending a few older ones back in to be resoled and repaired. Then I’ll be back in the market for another boot

It's definitely the first plague Doctor I've seen in burnished bronze and blue. Very nice! I switched things around today. I skipped the Shootout today, but it's going back in the left front pocket tomorrow. The Kizer just isn't right for weak side carry... I think I like my Spartan babe in Damascus better, though it needs a lanyard.

I've pretty much settled on my Spyderco Endela K390 for every day, excepting those days when I have to go to a doctor's office. Then it is a Spyderco Military. I had one appointment where this doctor was going to see if I needed another carpal tunnel surgery. I looked him up online and it said he also did sex change operations. That day, I made sure I had the military with me. I told one of the guys working there that while he was fitting me for a wrist splint and I made his day.
