Continuing on with my run of a different Micarta-clad knife every day, I'm now at 12 with my RHK MP-1. This is an RHK model that never really seemed to catch on and you only occasionally see one around here anymore. I had always liked this version since it first came out with its mottled red-linen show side and felt lucky to grab one on a subsequent drop. This was a pretty good flipper for its time in the RHK lineage but now seems kinda dated as the action of the newer models--both with washers and BBs--is so much snappier and smoother now.

I'm still enjoying my new SHF too and continue to double carry as I'm almost through all my Micarta.

Yep tomorrow will be expensive but I need my snow contractor to make some money as well. His guys need to be working to feed their families and go shopping. Its the circle of like thing so let it snow!

I understand that circle. Plus it is winter and there should be snow on the ground.
