I was thinking this was Follow-up Friday or Fall-back Friday as I almost carried my Eagle HD yesterday and, in fact, it ended up first alongside, then in pocket by evening, as I had it out for a comparative weigh-in with the Adamas.





This one's laminated ZDP-189 blade has a wicked sharp edge, thanks to a re-profile by our friend Barman1 who most kindly and unsolicitedly offered and sold me his knife, a model that I'd coveted for a long time.



Anyway, it turns out it's actually an FM Co Friday.

Are you running the firetac on bearings or washers? I bought mine from someone who tossed the box and extra hardware so its im running bearings but its a bit too drop shutty for me

Washers all the way. I like non-drop shut for the most part.

Get Skiff thick washers, then you dont need the stainless spacer washers.

I have them in my eklipse and its night and day difference compared to the hinderer triway bronze washers. WAY easier to tune and get right.
