EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

The usual CRKT M21-02G and "Browning" Daddy Barlow flipper (clone), joined by a BM 318 Proper "Modernitionl".

The M21-02G will likely be my modern carry for what's left of 2024, and beyond.
It will likely be joined by the "Browning" clone most days, with the "LCK+" clone getting pocket time every one inna while.
I'll post again when there is a change.
I had to delete over 2,650 attachments to get under the limits with a little breathing room. I have little desire to do that again. 🤨
On the "plus" side it only took 8 hours to finish, after I decided everything before and including Friday last could go. 2 clicks with no scrolling is a lot faster than 5 clicks with scrolling. 🙂

This Cocobolo Kopa has become one of my favorite little gentleman knives that see a lot of use at work. It had the human touch, these were released in small batches with changes to the scale material. It's one of my finest and smoothiest back locks.

Been trying to focus on using and maintaining the specific knives I have and like as opposed to overwhelming myself with too many choices. The aluminum orange BD1N PM2, orange XHP Native Chief, and above all, the CF Chaparral have been most of what I have been using. There is something to be said for orange being seen almost like a safety knife.

This M4 Yojumbo is also much better than the other one I had. Fantastic knife, may dye it burgundy though.

Use the BBcode link to paste right into the body of your post.

1) Upload pics to Imgur
2) After your pic is already uploaded to Imgur, on the gallery page while logged in, click on your Imgur user name/Avatar at the top right of the Imgur webpage
3) when the menu drops down choose "Images".
4) Then when the page of all your images is loaded click the one you want.
5) Copy the BBcode link, and
6) paste it in the BF forum post body.

It's a real PITA. The page of links to choose from will look like this. If you use the BBcode link and paste into the body of your BF post, the image wont have Imgur advertisements.

Go to Imgur, log in, go to the options in your browser where you can choose to view desktop site, then go to https://yourusername.imgur.com/all (obviously replace the yourusername with your Imgur username). If you’re doing that, you can see all your images in one grid (and multiple pages of course once you have enough). Should look like this:

From there you can click any photo and it gives you several options for sharing.

I use the Direct Link one and post it in this box:

…but you can also just copy the BB Code link (with the tags) and post that right in the text box. Either of those methods of posting the linked image to the forum will get rid of that Imgur box around your pic that you were asking about.

It used to be easier to post new images directly on that desktop Imgur page, but they recently changed it so it redirects you to a different page to post, but once you’ve posted a pic, you can go back to https://yourusername.imgur.com/all (keep it bookmarked) and then get the link from there.

Sorry if it’s a bit complicated, I’ve always just used Imgur and maybe I’ve just gotten used to it. Anyways, hope that helps.

If you're on your computer, right click on Windows or control click on Mac brings up a menu with "copy image". Just click on that and paste into the text box of your post and the image will show up in your post. Just sayin'...not trying to spoil your joke. 😏
 
The important things to remember when posting pics are
One, the url has to have an image type, which has to be .jpg, .png or .gif
Two, it needs the proper formatting using HTML img tags, no spacing in the link.
This is what it should look like in the text box -

[img]https://i.imgur.com/wK5VXmS.jpg[/img]

Using this format will produce a clean full size picture with no framing or surrounds.
