The steel is great, even in a folder and the DLC keeps the rust away.

I think I've finally decided I like this knife enough to keep it. I bought it on the Exchange for a nice price as I always wanted to try one out. After re-profiling a poor edge grind and curing the lock-stick with some light tang sanding and a lot of break-in the knife functions pretty well. It's very different from anything else I have, though kinda like a Hinderer lacking in refinement, but it's pretty solid and really locks into my hand. This one will find a place as a work user and hard-duty carry.
