with the Eklipse then got home and put it on the grill to make sure the heat treatment was correct for the S45vn Rockwell hardness

I’ve definitely had enough time to figure out what I like.And I don’t discriminate against knives of any type.
You definitely have a diverse taste! I'm just glad I avoided the usual groans I get from the puns/dad jokes!

Bought the Benchmade Bailout in the classifieds from a nice member for a good deal in the basic FRN handle.
Wasn’t real impressed with it as it felt very cheap and flimsy. The action was smooth as heck though and very fluid/drop shutty.
Found some Blue OEM scales from another nice member and picked them up from him. He informed me of the lanyard loop delete with either an extra standoff or a Ti backspacer available. I splurged and went with a Ti backspacer.
This is a complete different knife, and really love it now! Fun to fidget with and doesn’t dig into your palm with the lanyard loop deleted.
