As always beautiful pictures of a beautiful area!!!!! Isn't that water cold...??????? Like turn your junk to an elevator button cold...
In.my youth I swam in Jenny lake in Te tons and lake Macdonald in Glacier but cold is relative in your 20's.

This was about the coldest I've felt. I don't think it ever gets above the mid 50's up there, and being early in the season the snow pack that feeds it was still just above the waterfall, making it much colder. I'd guess low 40's. It was PAINFUL. Being a Florida boy, I honestly don't like the cold plunges at all, but I gotta admit I do like the way I feel after. It doesn't hurt that every time I do it I've already been hiking up elevation for miles in the summer heat
