EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

We have a bday party at my house today. 15 kids plus 6 “adults” (and I use that term loosely). I ran out a little while ago whilst everyone was still asleep to get donuts , muffins and coffee for the gang. And lots of ice for later. When I got back a few minutes ago , everyone was up. Kids all balled up on the couch on their iPads , birthday girl making a bday music playlist for the party (btw , I absolutely HATE the music of today’s youth). My wife is inhaling her coffee hoping the caffeine takes effect before her child-induced headache does. And the dog is in his spot by the slider glaring at me , giving me a look that clearly says “Remember when it was just you and me. No wife. No kids. And we had the house to ourselves?” Yes , Tyson , I remember. Siiiiiiiiigh …..I remember. Enjoy your Sunday , everyone.
Enjoy it mate, they grow up quick.🙂
MIL not attending?
Nice knife!

We had another relaxing, home-alone day here, just taking care of a few small things around the house. My wife spent a few hours on our now-vacant top floor moving things about in the wake of our recently departed guests while I took care of a few bills and mostly just surfed the web, read, did the Sunday puzzle, and grilled supper. We'll pick up the pace tomorrow as I'll look to set up a small job here on Cape and also put all my research and figuring regarding our timber trespass together with hopes that we may be able sit down with our neighbors up North next weekend to reach a settlement on their logging four acres of our lower property.

In the meantime I've kept my Biryukov #9 alongside again today and still have unused pics left over after posting yesterday.

Hey Barman1. I very rarely see these, but do look interesting. What might be your overall thoughts on the Klotzli made Swiss Border Guard? Specifically the handle? It seems a bit odd shaped with the multiple level finger groves. Is it comfy? Any hot spots in this area? Just seems like a unique knife that is almost at unobtanium status. I like them though.

Swiss precision is my overall impression.
Check out the Nick Shabazz review, positive, and he does a disassembly.
