Always say good morning first then “I need some Cruwear”![]()
Today I looked myself in mirror and said those four words I imagine everyone else says to themselves in the morning..
“I need some CruWear”.
Getting ready to head out to bike night at my local coffee Shop and taking my trusty Para 3 LW

It’s a RF-SR and what a great track and street Helmet , Quiet and gets nice ventilation/air .Its reasonably priced and What I like most is at high speed say from 70 to 160mph at the track in a tuck position you get very little head movement. Also at 60 mph on the streets in more of a up right position it’s great . I normally go with Arai which is more spendy but also nice and get little more air but noisy if your not wearing ear plugs when not at the track . I don’t like wearing ear plugs on the street but anyway thought I’d give this shoei a try and glad I did .Which Shoei is that?
Everything looks way more cool viewed through IR and thermal cams! Nice shotWith me this week working out of town.

I've been wearing a Shoei Rf1200 for a couple years with a Sena 10r. Last week I picked up a Arai Xd4 added a Sena 20s. I wanted something with a beak and more ventilation for riding on forest service roads. Both fit my head great, I feel the Shoei is a touch higher quality..It’s a RF-SR and what a great track and street Helmet , Quiet and gets nice ventilation/air .Its reasonably priced and What I like most is at high speed say from 70 to 160mph at the track in a tuck position you get very little head movement.
