EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

So I never got around to posting picks of the smoked rib roasts I made on Saturday, sorry woodysone woodysone , but here’s why ….

Two hours into the festivities and about 20 mins after the roasts were done, I had gotten a piece for myself and halfway through it, something bumped my Manix 2 off the table and the knife fell tip down on my foot and I was just that lucky for it to nick an artery. A literal blood fountain on my kitchen floor while 15 or so guests helped (some panicked) — paramedics came, went to the ER for 2 hours, then came back to finish my food, drink scotch and smoke a cigar. Irony in it all is that the Manix 2 Crucarta is being gifted in my giveaway — it’ll be cleaned of my DNA beforehand 🤣

WOW!! I’ll let you off on not posting any pictures of your BBQ skills😉 hopefully in the future though. Heal well and thankfully nothing was hit, close call though 🤔
