It's only been about a week and I'm back with the 111 in my pocket again, having abandoned my short tour through the "singles" in my accumulation of American-made mid-techs. I've been back and forth for a few days with

over at The Bears' Den regarding his new 111, his other two, and my one version of the model. I had mine out again this morning for comparison's sake, and figured I might as well carry it today.
We headed up-Cape this afternoon for what was our belated monthly wholesale club grocery shopping. Unpacking it all at home I had a lot of boxes to cut up and this generously sized, re-profiled, and recently touched up M390 blade just flew through all that cardboard. I popped outside afterwards for a few fresh pics of a knife I've been enjoying a lot lately.
