Le Sabot - this celluloid barrel with a saw, awl and an easy to hone. The sheep foot Is used multiple times a day..
Very useful.

I stayed small today, actually going smaller than the last couple, carrying the BMK 707. I was gonna go with one of my 705's but inadvertently picked up the the aptly named Sequel, and figured why not as I haven't carried it in quite some time. I never liked the knife's stock scales with their G10 inlays as the blackened aluminum marked up almost immediately when new. Fortunately I had this D.O.A.T. CF set that came as a bonus with one of the 705's I'd acquired on the secondary market and switched them out in short order.

I'm still moving things around in the basement sheetmetal shop, chasing trapped moisture in the aftermath of our water heater blowout and spent some time in the wood shop this afternoon building an outfield table for the stomp shear to replace the half-assed set-up I'd had there for way too many years.
