Yeah it's a new material from RockSolidScales, aptly named Grip-Tec.
It's resin with chunks of rubber mixed in.
Definitely delivers a positive grip feel, dry or wet.
David has a nice little supply of the stuff if you want to try it for yourself..

Atlas Supplies sells it too. I plan on getting some (idk which colors yet?) and I want to try out some ivory substitutes they have "Elforyn"
