Got this WE knife many years ago. I realize they might not win any popularity contests, but this is a cool little knife (to me). It feels solid and well-built and has great action. Very sharp too.

I want to reach right through the photo, rip out all that wiring, and start over. Just for my own sanity.

Some kind of boiler? I see things that make me think "gas or oil fired".....

It’s a commercial kettle for a restaurant. Horrible setup. You have to pull everything out to work on anything
