Yes, it is. This is the new Whippersnapper model that they're releasing this year. Several prototypes were available at BLADE this year, and I knew I had to have one. Seeing the guys at Olamic is always my first stop on Friday, so I was able to take my pick. There is another blade shape, which is a flat-edged wharncliffe blade style, but this was the one for me.

Thanks for the reply! I used to have a 90lb boxer named Hoke who was great with kids, dogs, and cats. He had way too much energy for my small house; I couldn't run him enough. Here's a low quality pic of him:

Yes, yes it is. The Busker is a great knife, but it's very small. I had seen folks on various knife pages I'm on expressing the idea that they wish there was a Busker "but just a little bit bigger" so that a full four finger grip was possible. I don't have specifics, but the Whippersnapper feels 100% like that's what they were going for. I have a Busker as well and while I do enjoy that knife, I may not carry it much since I can just carry this instead. Either way, both knives feel and look incredibly well made.
