Yesterday's carry was the Victorinox Winemaster around the house. I did venture out to the store for butter and there were a couple of ribeyes in the bargain bin that I just couldn't resist. Wasn't really great grilling weather so I stir fried them (after searing of course). I'd like to pick up a flat-top griddle at some point for this. Then I'll just need to learn how to make onion volcanos
