I haven’t had a drink in 26 plus years….but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy an occasional “Nip”.
Okay, maybe not my best work but it’s all I could come up with for this one. I love small knives, and the Divo Nip hits just about every note for me. I’m a sucker for milling and love the way they implemented it here. Personally, I find the design to be a bit “derivative” of some larger, better known production/custom models from well known makers; but it is what it is and I really enjoy carrying this one.
On a side note; I started digging out some of my knife boxes in anticipation of being in our new place this weekend. Countertops were slated to start going in on Monday….then Tuesday. It’s Thursday morning and I’m fairly certain they just started to cut/fabricate the slabs late yesterday afternoon. All of the new furniture is being delivered tomorrow, it’s too late to stop those deliveries at this point….so it’s gonna be an interesting shit-show trying to work out the logistics tomorrow. As of today there is absolutely no finished space to start placing deliveries as the painters, electricians and carpenters are all still working. Should be an interesting day.
