  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Just chillaxin today after running some errands.
Having a cold beverage while breaking in a new TT and cartridge spinning some vinyl. About ready to open some incoming.
Hope all are having a wonderful weekend also.

This is the knife that started it all for me. First higher-quality knife I purchased. Bought it on a motorcycle trip to Arkansas. It’s probably been in my pocket more than any other knife in my collection. This HOA approved fire will still be going tomorrow morning.IMG_0309.jpegIMG_0312.jpegIMG_0313.jpeg

Yesterday I heard something quietly shuffling around in my room. Although we've never had any mouse activity inside, except one who crawled though a hole in a screen a couple years ago, I figured one might have gotten in and was rummaging around. I looked around and found it was coming from inside the fire pit. I saw something fuzzy and was ready to have to grab a mouse with a plastic bag, but it turned out to be a bird! One of the homies from outside my window that I feed everyday in fact. I went to try to lure him into a paper mailing bag to take him outside and he hopped right onto my arm and seemed quite content! I snapped a few pics and then took him outside. He hopped right off my arm to the ground, hopped a few times, and then flew away! Hopefully the little bugger is ok, he took quite the tumble down the chimney. Luckily my flue was still open, as I forgot to close it after the last fire I had.

What a cute little guy :) I think you should name him lucky when he returns to your kind helping hand and for a snack 😊
