DaveS: Go to the Forum Below: Sheaths & Such, the Link : Whacha Been Up To..., and go to page 137, the posting by Gary W. Graley, is the sheath he made for me and the Sod buster with stag scales. PS Only cost me $10 as the scales were loose on the end, but some Super Glue and a clamp and it was fixed.John, thanks I’d love to see a pic of that Eye Brand with stag. I started my knife quest with an Eye Brand I got as a young Boy Scout in the very early 80’s. I carried that every day in my pocket all the way through college. (I also had a Swiss Army Camping edition and brought a hatchet or my axe on every camping trip.) I still have em all. I bought this Clodbuster online a few years ago and still love the carbon steel. The oak covers are pretty nice but the action on this big one isn’t great. Very stiff no matter how much I work it and oil the joints.
No matter where he as there he uz^ Now that’s a salad! Where you is?
Can you throw a little more wood in the fire?Outside enjoying the day, nice little fire going.
Life is great out here in the sticks. #user

And we made it to Friday! It felt nice to be carrying all G10 today. G10 scales is where is started when I got my first real quality knife, and I've come full circle to realizing that G10 is one of the best handle materials that there is for me. No frills, tough as hell, and you can finish it however you want. For the last while I've been taking some sandpaper to the pocket clip side of my rough G10 carry knives that get carried. Makes it slide in and out of the pocket so much easier without shredding the pants.
