EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I've got an excellent knife inbound which I stumbled upon at a price I was willing to pay. These usually seem to go at or over retail on the secondary market and I was lucky to find one with just the specs I wanted at well below retail. It was described as a user in good condition that looks clean in the pics, so I'll be stoked to have it in hand, which should be early next week, as I've eyed this maker's work for a long time.

Meanwhile, I'll carry a few that are special to me while I wait. This Spartan Harvey Flourishes wasn't one I was looking to buy as I already had three full-sized versions, but I'd admired this variation since it came out and when abbazaba abbazaba wrote and offered me his, well, I was a goner. I was doing so well too, resisting buying another premium piece when this one came along, much like what just happened with the new-to-me inbound. Such is the knife life....

Definitely a BRILLIANT LOOKING KNIFE !
I have to say in the same breath that I just don't remotely " get " the plague doctor ; but then I'm so stupid I don't "get" skulls either .
Congratulations on this one ; don't feel guilty in the least ! A knife connoisseur has got to do what a knife connoisseur has got to do !

( quid pro quo ; hope you will enable me if I ever get my tax return and get a Spyderco Drunken 😉 since I said no more knife purchases for this year )

Well, thanks again! I don't want to knock anyone else's taste or what they like, but I'm with you on the Plague Doctor and anything with skulls. OTOH, Spartan sure does a lot of different engravings and anodizing and their execution of all those is excellent. There's pretty much something for everyone.
