Thanks man! The BM mini Dejavoo was one of the first higher end knives that I really dreamed of getting when I was younger. That and the Al Mar SERE 2k. Now that I'm older and single with no kids, I'm blessed to be able to get some of the knives that I always wanted. The carbon fiber Stretch 2 was another knife that I'd lusted over for dang near 15 years.

Man I love knives... haha.

Wow, I was just bored and asked ChatGPT what production knives it thought were the best and had the best fit and finish and tolerances. It gave me a list of CRK, Hinderer, Shiro, Koenig, and Reate. Then I asked it about Shiros, and it gave me all the different variations of the Neon and what the differences are in materials, milling (internal and otherwise), which ones run on which bearings, blade steel, pretty much the whole shebang. It even shouted out Bladeforums as a place to keep an eye on for my knife buying needs. AI is getting freaky!

And... Just so I'm not talking out of turn and keep to the topic.. I'm playing with this old Benchmade auto at my desk while surfing the web.
