EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I spent some time last night and today DMing with a member here about an old school Cheburkov he had listed on the Exchange. In anticipation and hopeful of closing, I pocketed the Workshop's Frieze today. We got the deal done late this afternoon after I did some web-crawling for particulars on what's a really obscure knife model. In the meantime I made a trip to the hardware store for parts and spent time replacing the broken flush lever and leaky flapper on the downstairs commode whose function and action were as poor as my knife's is excellent.

I really like the the unusual milling pattern on the Frieze's handle slabs which provide great texture and grip without any sharpness or discomfort. The feel in hand is further enhanced by what seems to be a deeply anodized Type 4 finish. Extensive internal milling complements all that exterior detail and helps keep the weight down on what's pretty darn big knife.

The sun finally broke through this afternoon following more than 36 hours of rain and we were treated to a beautiful sunset through the trees and out over the bay.
