Thank you Brother I’m really liking it ! In my neck of the woods unlike you I’m in a much more populated area . So most of my fixed blades get some kitchen use back yard play and admiring . But rarely carried out of my house on my waste more then not they’ll travel in the car or be at home. This Bush Baby is the perfect size for not so rural carry and slides into the pocket nicely . With all that being said I still love my fixed blades even though I can’t carry or chose not to as much as I would like to. In your neck of woods you get to enjoy and use them even more and I highly recommend testing the waters I think you love them and definitely no blade play or lock rockBeautiful knife my friend, I’m becoming more interested in fixed blades all the time.

In somewhat the same boat. Only time fixed blades can be legally carried is during hunting season. Until this year coyote season was year round so no issues. Starting this year, DNR closed your season from mid-April until July for whelping time. I know people will still carry fixed blades and no one will care.Thank you Brother I’m really liking it ! There is no such word in the Russian language. The name of this knife uses the English word "snatch". Apparently, this is black humor from Alexander. After all, this knife used a lock patented by Benchmade. And the master stole it.So....here's where I'm at with the name of the knife that I've been posting almost every day for the last week and a half, since it arrived after purchasing it here....
My seller didn't have a name for it so I searched back on the Exchange as I remembered seeing it there some years earlier and found my seller's seller who had two Cheburkovs listed--the Bars (leopard) and the Snach. Searching back from that May, '22 listing, I found a Jan, '22 listing with those two with the knife names both in quotes along with a third, the "Scaut", which were put up for sale at that time by a Moscow collector.
There's no English word, "snach", I've already read posts by our friends @norcalAF and @birdave who expressed their desire for a knife called "the snatch" over at the Cheburkov Channel, and, not wanting to elicit a flood of Whine and Cheeziness whenever I post this knife, I figured I could possibly deduce/discover the knife's actual name, or at least something better. With Russian knives we sometimes see them named on this side of the pond using letter equivalents between the two alphabets instead of translation to get to a similar pronunciation. Fooling around with Google Translate, plugging Snach into the Russian side comes up with снах. Using letter equivalence, that shows up below as snakh (or snax, elsewhere), using western characters and is, I guess, an approximation of what we on this side of the pond would pronounce as snach. I think that's what the Jan '22 Russian seller had in mind. снах translates as "dream". I like that much better.
Short of me writing to Alexandr and Marina at Masterskaya Cheburkova, which I haven't done for some time, maybe @Bacchus or M maxjeg could help out a little here. In the meantime, here's a few more pics of my Cheburkov Dream, which I carried again today while taking a trip up-Cape, later running a few local errands paying bills and buying supplies, and putting in just a little work on our bathroom project.

No need to apologize. That’s awesome!! I like to put the hardware in such a place that you can use multiple carry options!I have been pocket carrying this setup. SorrySharp & Fiery for the slight change but it really carries great in the RFP. It is nice to have the option of a fixed blade.

When I want to go back to belt carry, which I will, just a couple seconds to put things back to original. With normal jeans I would not carry anything larger. With Riggs work wear jeans from Wrangler I could easily pocket carry a 5" blade. Those jeans have some deep pockets. No need to apologize. That’s awesome!! I like to put the hardware in such a place that you can use multiple carry options!
Stoked it works for you, my friend. Enjoy!

Here guns are concealed with permit or open carry. It is the screwy knife law that strikes me as odd.Interesting….. In my state, we can carry guns or knives of all type for any reason open or concealed without permit. I’ve gotten to the point now where I won’t even travel to states that have these ridiculous freedom killing restrictions like Colorado and California. Freedom baby!!!!
