EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Mag testing:

After passing on the 908BK-1501 Stryker for M4 Monday, I had some thought on carrying it today, but went with another BMK instead, choosing the CruWear 2nd Gen Adamas instead. Scratching my head for some consonance brought me Titanic Tuesday for a theme as the knife is rather titanically large and the namesake ship sits on the bottom of the Atlantic while I live on its edge, although all the rain we get during what's called Spring here on Cape gives me a feel for what it might be like on the bottom.

Anyway, here's a couple wet pics of today's carry....

The KSF M4 carbon fiber version? Let’s see that beauty …😉
Well, OK, not to disappoint a friend, even though I've already posted the Adamas I pocketed today, I got the Stryker out and shot a few pics, both solo and alongside the larger knife. There's plenty to like about both and handling them together I was struck by how little difference there is in blade length--3 & 7-'steenths for the 908BK-1501 and just a quarter more at 3-11/16" for the 275GY-1. I've always felt the Stryker was analogous to my full-size Grips, though it's slightly larger, but there's nothing in my BMK hoard quite like the 6.75 oz Adamas, maybe my Crooked River, though the 275 is closer to my RHK XM-24 in heft.

What I really like about these two is how they're basically all blacked out, including AXIS lock buttons and liners, save for the one's greyish Graphite blade and the other's blue standoffs. I'll carry the Stryker solo tomorrow, but for now here's some extra shots for the day of the pair that are both with me now....

Yep, I absolutely refused to fly anywhere commercially. If I can’t take my knives and guns, I won't go. So I basically I drive or ride anywhere I need or want to go. I won’t ride/drive through a neighboring state now because of their new gun law, it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to take to stand by my freedoms. I think we should start up a new revolt. Let’s call it “make knives fly again” MKFA #freedom
There's always throwing knives...

You're most welcome. I should really carry that one more as it's an excellent knife.

That video is still up and I've gone back to watch it a few times. KSF doesn't seem to be a paid dealer here anymore--I think they used to be, anyway--so I won't insert a link, but a little Googling for the knife will get you there. Derrick was indeed wicked excited about his exclusive and with good cause, though he was upbeat most all the time. I miss his presence, as I bought a few there over the years. He was a good guy and a pleasure to do business with.
