I resharpened the Saira to 36 full degrees. Having previously cut some glass and wood. There are 60 Rockwells on the blade, the knife cuts a wine bottle. The steel is dry, sharpens well.

I understand that comparing the Saira with the Japanese santoku is stupid.

I cut the herbs with the santoku so as not to get tired. :)
