I'll say in advance, I was bored.

I resharpened the Saira to 36 full degrees. Having previously cut some glass and wood. There are 60 Rockwells on the blade, the knife cuts a wine bottle. The steel is dry, sharpens well.

I understand that comparing the Saira with the Japanese santoku is stupid.

I cut the herbs with the santoku so as not to get tired.

Just picked up the new Kizer Seagull. You can't really see it properly in the yellow sunlight here but I love this deep blue Richlite. What you can hopefully see is the sparkly polished stonewash on the blade. Kizer does a really nice job with that.

This is hollow ground right? How is it?

My Sage collection and a couple other Spydies have the wire clips which I like a lot.

Love the wire clips, too! The bright hardware is my favorite, but I dig the treatment on this Para 3.
