EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I take a photo of the knife I'm carrying. I'm feeling good about it. I log on to BF and see what you folks are posting. I quietly delete my photo and put my phone away. :p

Here is an idea for your next photo. Show me your Chief in your hand, please, if you don’t mind :)

Not sure what the means. Pasta is a food group as far as I'm concerned. If anything, I eat too much of it.
Actually it’s two food groups: the kind with tomato sauce, and the kind anything/everything else. There, we’ve effectively doubled your daily allowance, so you’re no longer eating too much of it. I should know. 😁

Now if I can just figure out how to apply that logic to knives …

I finished off carrying each knife in the top of the box I most recently pictured and posted about for my Spyderpalooza a couple days back and dipped into the drawer below on Wooden Wednesday. I'd figured to stay there again this morning as the knives there are mostly candidates for a Throwback Thursday, but I drifted over to the tall cabinet and grabbed one of my two Sage 3's instead. That one's a pretty deep throwback as the first of two consecutive iterations of the #3 was gone before but quickly followed by the second version done up in CF. I always liked the shade of blue G10 on this knife which proved rather hard to find as I assumed there weren't many made.

Here it is on top of the pulled-out drawer I didn't select from today, the box below on the left having two levels of Spyderco's with two levels of the right one holding all but one of my BMKs.

Another, kinda noir indoor pic taken while it was still raining steadily this morning....

...then a couple from the wood shed after the downpour abated some.

Taichung Spyderco's are exceptionally well made and this one, and it's companion Sage 3, have full, solid backspacers of the same material as the scales and are so well finished as to require close inspection to determine they're not integrals.

Something my grandmother would have said when she thought I was too skinny :) … again, just a joke.
Gotcha! When I played basketball, my team's physiotherapist always said I needed to put on weight. I was the quickest big-man down the floor though, so I decided long and lean was the way to go.

You should know! You're made of pasta. It's in your name!
