Gotcha! When I played basketball, my team's physiotherapist always said I needed to put on weight. I was the quickest big-man down the floor though, so I decided long and lean was the way to go.

Could you dunk???? First dunked at 16 after I topped 6 foot....Only managed 3 more inches.. but continued to dunk until I was 40......No more youth or vertical jump of 44".........Your coach punish you guys with.suicides??? Kinda like laps but worse. Base line to foul line touch it back to base line to half court touch it back to base line touch it ..To far foul line touch itback to base line and to other base line and back. That's ONE..........Misery
