Outstanding sandwich…one of my go to late night vices after a few adult beverages. I recommend Cheetohs for the side.Spyd-tember 26. Burple Para 2 on lunch share duty! Sandwich pictured is Dallas mini brew pub Jaquval’s homage to the “Bourdain,” one of Tony’s favorite hot sandwiches made with layers of sliced mortadella, provolone, Gruyère, Dijon mustard and extra mayo.

Until I read the name on the Blade I would have sworn that was one of Charlie Ochs bowies. Same slanted ricasso, guard and pommel, and blade shape. John
McNees makes such visually pleasing knives. Yours looks like the perfect intersection of form and function.![]()

This is the Mcnees PM MAC 2 3.5 Atomic Shockwave. The honeymoon is in full swing, loving this knife. It has amazing smooth action. A real dream of a knife.
It was tweaked a little from the original that Charlie Ochs has on his special ops bowie.. I had this one made with the take down capability due to the environment where I live in the south pacific islands and my travels to the Philippines. This was made almost 15 years ago and was part of my edc rotation before I retired from law enforcement but now it is part of my daily edc rotation.. I have one of his combat bowies stored in my weapons locker located in the Philippines. Picture courtesy of Arizonacustomknives as I stated, the one that I have is in the PhilippinesUntil I read the name on the Blade I would have sworn that was one of Charlie Ochs bowies.
