EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

It’s been weeks and I finally gave my Halftrack a break .

And also finally had some Ceramic tint installed all the way around on the little HotRod. I wasn’t going to tint this one but I don’t want my bright red interior to turn pink 😲

Looks great. SoCal allows that dark tint these days? Growing up many years ago in the Northern part of the State, the cops would pull you over and ticket you. Of course, we all drove Flintstone cars back then...

Today I've got my Mcnees PM Mac 2 in Magnacut for Magnacut Monday!

Here we are at the end point of SpyderPalooza and I find this extravaganza closing with something of a whimper on Day & Knife 29. I spent most of today at youth b-ball admin, both for my club and the league as I didn't work on the chimney without the young guy here to help out. My wife called me to dinner and I realized I'd not taken any knife pics, so I ducked out the front door and quickly snapped a few on the front step rail in the failing light.

This is my oldest, first Spydie, bought on the Big River Site and used hard on job sites for a couple years back in the day. So....I'm ending the Spydiethon here with a couple rather dull pics of a combo-edged, old work user that served me well for a while but doesn't get much love anymore...

That sad, tired old bit of camo paracord might be the first knife lanyard I ever tied up. I think the old Spyder deserves a brighter, more fitting tail and I should go do something about that after I post this.

Why does the Microtech look like the mill missed a pass? The Dixon looks amazing, that anodizing is fantastic!

The Dixon is just an amazing knife. Easily one of my favorite knives of all time, and I’ve been collecting for over 20 years.

On the Microtech, the clip makes contact right in that spot, so they left some of the horizontal milling out so it pockets easier and doesn’t shred pockets.

I kinda like the missing section, it breaks up the frag pattern and kinda shows off the tapered body on the Combat Troodon.
